Bar Manager
An Brilliantine Recruitment Bar Manager can run all or part of a Client’s event or sequence of events bar requirements and service. They have extensive leadership and venue experience.
An Brilliantine Recruitment Bar Manager can work closely with the Client in the full planning of an event’s bar requirements. This can include site visits; input on bar positioning and any production required; and stock, equipment and staffing level advice. Alternatively an Brilliantine Recruitment Bar Manager can take a full event bar brief of the day of the event and manage all bar staff, bars and stock accordingly.
Floor Manager
An Brilliantine Recruitment Floor Manager can run a designated section of an event under the overall supervision of a Client’s event Manager. An Brilliantine Recruitment Floor Manager has extensive service and venue experience and will have taken part in our development, training and mentoring programmes.
